Size Guide

Time Frames

All orders are made to order. Please allow 14 days for off-the-rack sizes and 30 days for made-to-measure sizes to be sent to you. You will receive an email upon your order being placed and an email upon your order being shipped.

Payments

All pricing on our website is in USD.  We offer a highly secure payment method through Paypal. 

Shipping

Courier prices are based on weight and destination of order.  Please take your order through to checkout to work this out.  We deliver our orders on the most secure and efficient services, please see time frames below.

Australia 3-4 Working Days, Signed & Tracked

Returns Policy 

We offer a strict but fair returns policy on all off-the-rack orders.  If you require a refund on your order, we must be notified within 72 hours of your order being received and signed for.  Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days us being notified. Refunds will be made minus shipping cost and only process if garments are in the same condition as we sent them out.

All made to measure pieces are non-refundable. 

Care Instructions

All garments come with specific care instructions.  Generally we recommend dry clean only for your garments. 

Alterations

We do not offer alterations on any pieces orders regardless if they are off-the-rack or made-to-measure.  We do our very best to make made-to-measure garments as closely to your size and body shape as possible.  We recommend finding a local dress maker who can assist with any alterations.

Customisations

We do not offer customisations to any collection pieces.  If you wish to have something custom made, please see our Bespoke Service.
